Privacy Policy
Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information that you volunteer while using our websites. Personal information includes any information you provide to us when ordering our products and services or when voluntarily submitting your contact information. We use your personal information for communicating with you, fulfilling orders, creating your account, and sending you information or promotional materials about our products and services.
The content on our websites serve adult professional educators. Our websites do not collect any information from children under the age of 18.
We may share your personal information with affiliate companies that host or provide support services to us, help us market our products and services, or allow us to deliver our courses or communicate with you (e.g., email service provider, online survey providers, email marketing providers, virtual meeting and webinar providers, cloud storage providers, apps). These affiliate companies may need information about you to perform their functions; they are not authorized to use the information we share with them for any other purpose.
We may share personal information and other data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Wilson. Collection of Non-personal Information
We may use Tracking Technologies to collect non-personal information, such as traffic data and analytics, cookies, and similar technologies. These data are used to gather general statistics about our customers and website visitors but not in a way that identifies any user specifically.

Cookies do not enable us to access any of your personal information, and Wilson does not use cookies to retrieve any information from your computer that was not originally sent in a cookie through forms you submit to us.

Confidentiality and Security
We employ 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software for all credit card transactions. It encrypts all of your personal and financial information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet. Your information is secured both to our internet service provider when you submit an order and from our ISP to us when we receive your order.
Our websites includes links to third party websites. Our Privacy Policy applies only to our websites and not to other websites or apps accessible from our website. Our credit card processor is Stripe, whose privacy policy and terms of service are here. Our courses and webinars are hosted by Thinkific.com, whose privacy policy is here. Wilson is in no way responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
We incorporate commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your personal and non-personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You provide us with information at your own risk.
Data Choices and Rights for EU Citizens
If you are located in the EU, please note that you have the following rights with respect to how Wilson processes your personal data.
- You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that Wilson has about you;
- You have the right to request that Wilson corrects information about you if you believe it to be inaccurate;
- You have the right to request that Wilson erases or refrains from using your personal data. In some circumstances, Wilson may decline this request (e.g., when we have an on-going business relationship with you or we are legally required to retain the information).
